I collect images and capture movement. Often, I have a suspicion that there is more under the surface of an image after it's been captured. I like to strip away color and detail in order to see what can be found. So far, this has enabled a disparate set of images and movement to climb into each other's worlds and live harmoniously frame by frame. The addition of sound further marries the images into a sort of abstract montage. I like to call them 'filmlets' -- like a cutlet, only different.
